Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order, but only before it is dispatched. To ensure they arrive at you on schedule, we fast-process and bundle orders. Cancellation only becomes applicable if your order has not been sent or packed from our location. Cancellation is not possible once the time has been delivered. If so, you will have to wait until the product is shipped and then, should qualify, follow our Return Policy to send it back. 

Time Limit for Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. This gives us enough time to stop the packing or shipping process. If more than 12 hours have passed, we cannot cancel because the order might already be processed or dispatched.

When You Cannot Cancel an Order

We will not be able to cancel your order in the following cases:

  • The order has already been shipped.
  • The cancellation request is made after 12 hours of placing the order.
  • You ordered a custom-made, personalized, or non-cancellable product (these are clearly marked on the product page).
  • The product is from a clearance sale or final sale, where cancellation is not allowed.

How to Cancel Your Order ❓

If your order is eligible for cancellation, just follow these simple steps:

1- Contact Us Quickly:

Email us at or message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Mention your Order Number and reason for cancellation.

2- Wait for Confirmation:

Our customer support team will check your order status and let you know if it can still be canceled. You will receive a confirmation if the cancellation is successful.

3- Refund Process (if prepaid):
If you have already paid for the order (by card, bank, or wallet), your money will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Still, we are just working with the cash-on-delivery payment method.

Will I Get a Full Refund on Cancellation?

Yes, if your order is canceled before shipping, and the payment has been made online, you will get a full refund. If you placed a cash-on-delivery (COD) order, no refund is needed. The order will just be canceled from our system.

Important Things to Remember

  • Always double-check your cart before placing an order to avoid the need for cancellation
  • For fast service, mention your order number and registered mobile/email when connecting with us
  • If your order includes multiple items and only one is canceled, your refund will be based on that item only.
  • If the order is already shipped and you refuse to receive it at the doorstep, we may deduct delivery charges from your next order or your refund (if any).
