Returning a product to 365 Stores is simple. Just follow these steps:

Email us or find the Contact Us form on our website. If the product is damaged or wrong, provide your order number, reason for return, and pictures.

Wait for Approval:

The members of our team will check your request and reply within 24 to 48 hours. We will send the return instructions if it was approved or not.

Send the Item Back

Pack the item carefully and send it to the address we provide. You may be asked to pay the shipping cost unless the mistake is from our side.

Return Confirmation

Once we receive the returned product and check its condition, we will confirm if the return is accepted

Refund or Replacement:
